This site is operated by Dig For Liberty. When we say “we,” “us,” or “the site,” we mean Dig For Liberty.
Acceptance and use of the site
By visiting, creating an account, commenting, or otherwise using Dig For Liberty, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not use it to harass, abuse, impersonate, or defame anyone; to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content; to scrape or automate access in ways we don’t permit; or to interfere with the site’s operation. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us promptly.
Membership, cancellation, and refunds
Paid membership is billed according to the plan you choose (e.g., monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time. If you cancel during a billing cycle, you keep access to member benefits until the end of that cycle; we will not charge you again after that. We do not offer a general refund policy. Refund requests for special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis—contact us at contactus@digforliberty.com and we’ll respond as soon as we can. We do not guarantee any refund.
Intellectual property
Dig For Liberty owns or licenses the site’s design, text, graphics, and other content (except where noted). You may not copy, scrape, or republish our content for commercial use without permission. Comments and other content you submit remain yours, but you grant us a license to display, store, and use them in connection with operating the site.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its content are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dig For Liberty and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dig For Liberty and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or for other operational reasons. The sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.
Disputes and arbitration
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration provider (e.g., the American Arbitration Association), rather than in court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or participate in a class action or representative proceeding. The arbitration will be conducted in Indiana, and the laws of the State of Indiana will govern these terms and any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
